the preceding paragraph shall be furnished to any person who requests them for perusal.
(Issuance of an Admission Ticket)
Article 81-(14). The Minister of Transport may, when it is deemed necessary, issue admission tickets for attendance at the hearing.
(Observance of Directions)
Article 81-(15). All members of the audience shall, when entering or leaving the hearing and while at the hearing place, observe directions issued from the presiding officer or any officials present.
2. The presiding officer may expel a member of the audience who is not obeying directions as specified in the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
3. The provisions of the previous two paragraphs shall be applied accordingly to the parties present who are not making statements.
(Application for Permission to Revise the Scheduled Date of Completion of Works)
Article 82. Any person who will apply for permission under the provision of Article 41 paragraph 2 of the Law shall submit an application for permission to revise the scheduled date of completion of works to the Minister of Transport describing the following items:
(1)Name and address of the applicant;
(2)The location and name of the aerodrome;
(3)The proposed revised date of completion:
(4)Reasons justifying the revision.
(Term Specified in the Provisions of Article 41 paragraph 2 of the Law)
Article 82-(2) The term designated in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport under the provisions of Article 41 paragraph 2 of the Law shall be one year.
(Submission of Revised Scheduled Date of Completion of Works)
Article 82-(3) Any person who submits a revision of the scheduled date for the completion of works under the provisions of Article 41 paragraph 3 of the Law shall submit a report of the revised scheduled date for the completion of works to the Minister of Transport describing the following items:
